In addition to ISO 9002 manufacture of safety and relief valves, we specialise in repair of safety, relief and control valves covering all brands and types of valves. We have experience in plant shutdowns as well as site surveys, field service, installation and commissioning.
Our safety relief valve high capacity test rig is designed to simulate actual conditions providing a flow rate which allows the safety valve to achieve full rated lift and remain open while discharging continues. This high volume flow allows the safety valve to reseat without slamming, preventing seat damage and leakage.
This test rig combined with Austral’s expertise ensure correct setting of your repaired valves and operation to full rated performance.
